The Vibro separation machine called Sifter has helped to overcome traditional problems of separation of materials of various sizes. The Vibro motion or horizontal rotary movement of the sieve is to provide passage to small particles in the event of obstruction caused by the large ones, to pass through the mesh. Sieving operation should not be vigorous as it may cause reduction in the particles and damage to the mesh or screen stretched for the grading.
